The tournament is here. The house hasn't slept properly since Thursday.

Someone wrote New York or Nowhere on a wall in red and it's been starting debates ever since. Good ones. The kind that run past the first coffee and into something that actually means something. That energy has been all over this batch, things that make you pick a side and refuse to sit still.

The World Cup is in the house daily, you cna’t get away from it, in a different way than it was last week. Last week was anticipation. This week we’re in Zidane mode, head on. The Spain dressing room appeared with the trophy and suddenly the house was talking about legacy and what it actually means to win something. The difference between a moment and a story that lasts.

Someone quoted ‘creator more, consume less’ on Wednesday. The house had opinions. We make things. We also consume voraciously, and we're not sure the two are as opposed as the poster wants them to be. It’s sitting somewhere near the AG1 branding study and a fashion image in terracotta that nobody has moved in weeks days.

Paris Plays Different in blue and white. A goalkeeper mid-air in black and white from a tournament decades ago that still looks like the whole point of the game. The green vessel. The figure in a coat that's doing too much work to be just a coat.

The house is running on espresso and World Cup football and finding that balance suits us just fine.

A full shot of the good stuff, extra shot, no apology.

Shot of the good stuff.
