Time's been on our minds this week.

The house has been moving between decades without really trying. It happens often. You pull one thing and suddenly everything around it starts speaking the same language.

A Montréal 1976 Olympic ticket. A Rolex reading Martedì on an orange dial that has no right being that good. Watches laid out on red like evidence. The Porsche 917 in blueprint red. Modiano in yellow on navy. Things that were made in a particular moment and have only gotten better since.

Aimé Leon Dore keeps showing up in the pile. New York as it actually is, not as it gets packaged. That mix between heritage and now is something we've been working through in the house this week.

These don't belong to any era in particular. They just belong.

The house appreciated this one over a long espresso on Monday afternoon and it hasn't left the wall since.

Time moves differently when the references are this good.

A slow shot of the good stuff, no rush today.

Shot of the good stuff.
