Today isn’t just International Coffee Day. It’s our day. The closest thing we’ve got to a national holiday. A global moment for the one thing that fuels everything we do, coffee.

Open All Hours was brewed over late nights, early mornings, and far too many double espressos. Not out of habit, but out of necessity most of the time. The kind of necessity only other creatives, founders, designers, and thinkers understand. Coffee is our compass. It finds us at 7am when the brief’s still blank. It keeps us grounded at 2am when the deck’s almost done. It’s the invisible handshake between ideas, people, and pace.

We design with it. We plan our drops around it. It’s the reason our OAH as you know it feels more like a coffee shop than a media studio or creative outlet. Our community grew around caffeine, from the quick voice notes that became concepts, to the conversations that turned into collaborations. There’s something about the ritual that brings people in. Slows them down just long enough to create something meaningful.

So today, we raise our mugs to the real MVP.

The unsung creative director.
The collaborator that never cancels.
The warm-up act for every idea that ever made it out the notes app.

Whether you’re brewing solo, queuing up at your local spot, or sipping something strange on the go, raise your glass. This one’s for you. The caffeine kids. The OAH community. The people who know that a shot of the good stuff isn’t just about taste anymore.

This is your weekly flavour.
You are our fuel.

Happy International Coffee Day.
